A Family
Winemaking Tradition
Premium vineyards in Mendoza are at the heart of Orfila wines, and the winery has over a century of family winemaking history in Argentina, with roots in Italian wine that extend even deeper. With its favorable high altitude growing conditions, Mendoza has achieved international acclaim for its wines, and Orfila controls some of the finest vineyards, including sites in Uco Valley, Lujan de Cuyo, and Maipú.
The Orfila Wines
The pioneering spirit of the families behind the wines is still evident in these enduring and elegant offerings. Combining the unique terroir of Argentina’s renowned wine region with European traditions, Orfila wines capture the best of two winemaking worlds.

Orfila’s Vineyards
By 1965, the Gancia family had planted vineyards in San Martin, Barrancas – Maipú; Ugarteche – Luján de Cuyo and, with a true pioneering spirit, in Tupungato and Tunuyán – Uco Valley.
Our Classic line is sourced with grapes from Luján de Cuyo and Maipú and our Estate Selection and Reserva lines from Luján de Cuyo, Maipú and the Uco Valley.
We have worked for the past +20 years with contracted farmers from San Carlos – Uco Valley and Agrelo to source grapes for our Reserva line.
